Mr. Adu-Ntim brings extensive banking and engineering expertise to C.A.F.N. He holds a BSc in Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Tarkwa Campus (now University of Mines), and an MBA in Finance from GIMPA.

His career spans over a decade in the banking sector, having worked with Barclays Bank and Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited in various capacities including branch management and Head of SME Department. He also gained valuable industrial experience with Ashanti Goldfields.

As Managing Director, he has been at the forefront of the excellent execution of contracts which has become the hallmark of the company.

Mr. Osei Boadu is a financial inclusion practitioner passionate about creating platforms that empower people at the base of the social and economic pyramid through access to financial services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Ghana.

His international experience includes volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and World Vision International in the USA. He currently serves as Managing Director of Fobcom Seed Company.

As an Executive Director of C.A.F.N, he provides strategic support that enables the company to serve her customers satisfactorily.
